The change in the social and economic system in the new federal Laender and the European harmonisation of work protection demand changes in the structure of work protection. Goal: presentation of a newly developed and tested model for future-orientated tasks and fields of activity pertaining to the professional association technical inspectorate in co-operation with internal, external and official work protection offices; concepts for measures to provide qualifications.
Socio-scientific inquiry to ascertain the experiences to date with the new work protection system in the new federal Laender; requirement analysis and elaboration of a concept for the qualification of technical surveyors in Eastern Germany; creation of company working parties and problem solving groups with the participation of the technical inspectorate; elaboration of company work protection programmes, determining and eliminating weak points; drawing-up of transferable procedural instructions; development and testing of transfer concepts; accompanying seminars and specialist conferences.
Concepts to enable the responsibility for providing advice and support in connection with the new prevention mandate to be fulfilled, taking into account the change in requirements with regard to the competence and working methods of the technical surveyor. Implementing a modern understanding of their tasks and role.
