The 5-Level Model developed by the social accident insurance (Gebauer 2017, adapted from Hudson 2001) helps to assess where a company or educational institution currently stands in terms of its Culture of Prevention and what changes might be possible. Further steps can be planned from this starting point.
Not every team or department will be at the same level. No problem. The five levels help to develop a common understanding and language of what workplace prevention looks like. This can also be done separately for individual business units or locations. This assessment is the goal of the 5-Level Model.
An explanatory video provides a brief and easy-to-understand overview of the 5-Level Model.
